Hi, I have purchased your theme and I have some error in step 2 during updating the sql file. I’ve tried to create a ticket in your support system but there has a problem with the captcha. How can I contact in other way with you?

Horrible support. Asked about changed some links in the footer, 5 days later and 5 replyes later, they were still asking for my credentials (admin and server), after telling them that the same links are on their demo. Cannot express the frustration. Don't recommend.
