I would like to start off by saying, I usually don't leave reviews unless the experience was incredible. I cant say enough great things about this design team themezinho. The support team is second to none. The moment I needed help the team jumped right on it and helped me and every way possible. I highly recommend anything themezinho offers. Extremely happy customer.

Hi, I am looking at the live preview og this theme in the HTML version: When I open the menu, the second level links appear horizontally replacing their parent. In the WP version they appear vertically below the parent. Is there a way to make it like the HTML version?

Hey! Got that theme from elements and I have a plenty of questions: is it ok that your team members CAN’T snow more than 5 items? total number of posts and custom hover background image doesn’t work!

This theme is amazing. I am so, so impressed. It looks great and we've already gotten a ton of compliments on the design and functionality of the site. I was going to give it 4 stars due to the lack of documentation (it looks like they may have changed names or copied an old theme's documentation, so it is somewhat unclear and unhelpful at times), but I have to give it 5 stars due to the stellar customer support. With the few small issues I had (mainly plugin issues that had nothing to do with the theme itself), I was promptly responded to. Even with things I wanted to see that didn't exist yet, the author created the feature in an amazingly short time! Can't recommend enough. I hope they will update the product documentation with better instructions/graphics, but even without it, I am still impressed enough to give 5 stars.

The worst theme that I bought on this platform. It is full of bugs and half finished. You can not customize the fonts and if you delete a row from the home everything will be unraveled. How can I request a refund of my money?

The theme has a nice design however it has many limitations. It's very hard to costumize (only with css). If you don't follow the demo layout you will have lots of problems.The costumer service will help you with some stuff but not with everything.It would be nice to be possible to ask the money back.

Support is HORRIBLE. Took them two weeks to respond to my first emails, took credit for all the edits I had to pay a third party to fix. Still need theme issues fixed and it's now Wednesday and still no response.I've bought a lot of themes from themeforest and I can honestly say this is the worst product support I've ever had out of the hundreds of items I've bought.
