Hi, our support has expired but we have a theme related problem (not caused by any of our emplyees) and I don’t think it’s fair to pay another 41$ for renewal. The problem is with SwipeBox on WP 5.7 – blackscreen when trying to open any link on the site. We’ve tried all the solutions offered in this ticket ->https://themeftc.ticksy.com/ticket/2626572/, but nothing works for the Zidex Theme. Any assist will be highly appretiated, because the web site is unusable and we are losing clients. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Within the last hours, our server had some attacks. In the meantime it seems that these problems are fixed and now I’m pretty sure that the import will work well.
If you still have problems, Please submit a request to our help center (https://modeltheme.com/support) and one of our agents will assist you. For an easier solution, please also describe the problem with as many details you can (including screenshots).
We also require FTP + WP Admin credentials in order to investigate & fix any possible remote problem.

HELLO! I bought your Zidex template a few months ago. The problem is that I cannot update the “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin because needs an update on the security vulnerability Authenticated and Stored Cross Site Scripting (XSS).

Шикарный шаблон. Все удобно и, в принципе, более чем достойно. Приятно удивлен службой поддержки. Внатуре помогают. На все мои тупые вопросы всегда находят исчерпывающие ответы и время. Трудности перевода не помеха, еба) Наши бы давно меня послали нахуй, как бы, итак шаблон за смешные деньги. Ребята молодцы в этом плане.
Желаю им побольше денег и поменьше надоедливых клиентов типа меня)

Hi. I tried uploading this theme with the demos to my wordpress, but I keep receiving the same message that “the link has expired.” My IT guy and I cannot figure out why it will not upload. We ruled out file size, as we were able to upload a similar-sized file. Any and all help would be appreciated on this. Thanks.
