I haven't had any problems with this lovely theme but I just wanted to change the colors to pink instead of green and support team did it for me within 1 hour of me starting the ticket.Love this theme so much and the support is just amazing, thank you for everything!

Asked about a css problem with child theme. They asked for Wordpress login which i provided. After 5 days i asked if there are any news they then wanted ftp access which i also provided. Now i dont got any update since nearly 1 week again.So im waiting since nearly 2 weeks and all they did was asking for Logins they never used (I checked the logs) thats the worst support i have seen here on themeforest.The theme itself is very nice and you can change and edit a lot and very easy. But the customer support isnt very good.

There support is 10/10 and there theme is also 10/10, i would recommend the author and the support team to everyone they are awesome A1++++++++

Your woocommerce template is outdated, WP keep saying this: starbella/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.0.0, Are you guys planning to release au automatic update to this? If not, how to fix this? Thanks

I found that this was a really difficult to use theme and I could not get it to look anything like the images provided. It is not easy to customise and some features are missing - for example there is no option to have the sidebar headers anything except bright green and image upload did not work. I emailed support multiple times but they did not provide answers, just always asked for my login password which I did not want to provide. I am not a very experienced wordpress user but have now successfully set up my website with another theme without issue (and have used wordpress for a different website in the past). I requested a refund for this theme as for me it is unusable, however this request was denied and any comments I made responded to with "raise a support ticket" which I had already done but it did not help. I'm now really annoyed that I wasted money on this and had to purchase a different theme.

Does the theme support various attributes like sizes for products, For example can you add Small, Medum, Large etc so that is an option to choose on product page. I don’t see it on any of the demos

very comfortable theme and customer support react very fast even in holidays time. even if i make mistakes with plugins which not fit to theme, they carefully check all help and solve problem and all start work really good.

The theme works great and is pretty easy to install, following the documentation. The customer had asked me for a few changes and the support team was really fast, responsive and helpful. All replies were received within a couple of hours and helped me get the changes done. I would recommend this theme.

If you need a template that looks exactly like a demo, then this template is a good choice. But in other cases, you need to get into the code. The template has few settings, so it is not flexible to configure. In some places there are controversial and non-obvious solutions. For example, in the template there is a block "Home Page Services Setting" (icons with advantages), a completely unobvious block with incomprehensible settings. You can’t select your own icon or icon from the list, you can’t remove the link (if you leave the field empty, it will be: a href="#", it was still in some block). So, to change this you need to edit the code. And so on the whole theme ... The template is beautiful, but there is still a lot to complete / fix.

The most difficult theme to personalize with the one I've worked with since I used WP, for almost 10 years. Customer support does not provide answers. I ask them how to modify something specific and they answer me with a general response. Buy Starbella if you want to have a demo. If you want to customize it, you will have great frustration.

Customer support is very fast in responding. I have only needed to use it once as I managed to work out a few requirements for myself plus the theme is really easy to install including the child theme. It is very clean and easy to work with and I installed and got my website up and running in no time. Great work.

Can not upload any file after I apply this theme. Thus can't modify anything with FTP or through theme editor.
