First of all, this is such a great product. It was easy to install and quick to update with images from istock. The Bakery style of editing makes it very quick for a non-techie to update content. There was a small problem when Slider Revolution introduced a new version, but that was rectified immediatly. Customer support is amazing - tickets are always answered within a couple of hours and the designer fixes everything by logging into the site.
Very, very impressed.
Thank you for a great product. I strongly recommend it.l

Unpacking the package…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.Am having serious dificulties getting support. How can the theme fail or miss such?Am not happy with this buy at all

Customizability of this theme, beyond the provided building blocks, is limited. However, the theme is solid and works perfect. Furthermore, in the early stage, the mobile menu was not working properly.The support was very friendly and assisted on the matters. They were quickly in updating the theme and fixing the bugs. Good job!!

I wish I could select more than one reason for rating this template. Support has been spectacular! Minh has responded and fixed issues in a timely manner! The template in general is well coded and easy to use. The issues I have had were minor incompatibilities with other plugins, and they were fixed! I am very happy with this template and with the support I have received!

Hello, on the home page, after importing demo data: editing the How to Start Your Care? In the Knowledge Center, Icon List Items. Tried to change an icon – Normally the background color of these icons is controlled by the theme Accent Color, but once I changed one of these icons it was broken, no longer controlled by theme accent color and can’t seem to override with css.

Customer support kind of irresponsible when I cannot translate some terms.
Supports give me a bit outdated tutorials, and that tutorials required me to buy extra app to do translation.
I don't know if he even tried the steps in the tutorial, if he does, he could tell me not to follow some particular steps since it's old.
Waste me 2hr to figure it out, that this tutorial is out-dated.

Sample data doesn't upload. Even after changing folders, files and php settings it still doesn't work.Support sucks big balls by LineThemes.I will never buy a product from LineThemes again.

Very nice theme, 5 stars, very easy to customize and the design it out standing. and modern for 2017. Big fonts sizes and titles in the right places..etc

Is the theme going to be updated? The WPBakery builder has a serious vulnerability that is 6 months old and there is still no update from your side – WPBakery Page Builder < 6.4.1 – Authenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)

The last update was over a year ago. Will this theme be updated and compatible with the latest version of WP? It looks great but I want to prevent buying yet another theme which doesn’t work properly or doesn’t get any updates.

Anyone know how to remove the meta data from pages on this theme? Can remove it from blog posts using the theme but still shows on here https://limitlesscaregroup.co.uk/job/test-job-post/ and its stressing me out haha

Questions were answered quickly and support was very helpful. The theme is full of content and lots of great features. The only thing I did not like was that the documentation did not include customization steps. However, any questions I had were directly answered within a great timeframe. I highly recommend.
