Hi, I just purchased a second license so I could get support. I have the version from 2019 but want to get the latest version, 2021 with the additional features. When I clicked on download today, it looks like I get the same version. How can i get the latest version of the template/theme?

Hello, in your demo page there are many portfolio layouts, but when we edit page portfolio, there is no option to change layout. also when we check portfolio items there are only 4 options which you have as “single” nothing more. why we do not see all layouts??? please help us.

Hello i bought the full version of kotlis. from the download I have two .zip files. I installed the file with less weight and with the single folder (kotlis) inside. I tried to install the other .zip as well but I am told that the style.css style sheet is missing in the theme. However, the first problem encountered in using the theme is that trying to set up a page with the home page template, once it is published I cannot see the page as it remains in the loading phase. What could be the problem?

Finally I wanted to install this theme for a 2nd WP website Though I purchased the theme already last year, together with another theme, this one was never installed before. Now I tried to and started to get the CSS missing errors. Looking at all file, I likely did not buy the WP version. Is there any way to change this or will this theme be useless for me? Thanks

Hello, I buyed the Theme “kotlis” last year and used it on a Website. Now I wanted to build a new one and realized that the Theme wasnt working (I downloaded the filie and installed it on wordpress, but Wordpress told me the Theme dont support Menus and Stuff). So I buyed a New Licence since I thought maybe thats the problem. So first I had the Theme already installed from last year and added my new license. But than an Error came and told me the License is invalid. Wich is not possible since I just bought it. Then I tried installing the “New” theme since maybe only this one is connected to the new license key.Well then I got the problem that I couldnt install the Theme. I already zipped the right “kotlis” folder only, but it still diddnt work. I even tried to only install the “light” or “dark” version. It still diddnt work.
