Dear Rokka theme, after buying the theme and the corresponding surcharge and paying for the installation, we had some inconveniences with the theme and there were error messages on the last page when checking out a booking. (Confirmation page) both the corresponding processing was not possible. We then contacted the Zend crew accordingly. After the appropriate troubleshooting, the Zend crew found that not all the data was correct when the theme was delivered. It cannot be that we pay for a theme, as well as the installation, and then the most important functions are not delivered and work properly. So the theme is useless for us and we had to temporarily put the page in maintenance mode. I ASK you to get in touch with the Zend crew as soon as possible so that the bug can be fixed as soon as possible and we can work with the already paid theme.
