Tengo una tienda online de venta de fundas para móviles personalizadas. Mi objetivo es que la gente pueda escribir sus nombres en la funda. Quisiera saber si este tema para Shopify trae integrada la opción de personalización de producto. Si no es así, por favor, recomendarme un plugging o app que pueda hacerlo en mí tienda. Si este tema lo trae integrado ten por seguro que lo compraré. También me gustaría saber si el precio que pone en la publicación es mensual, anual o es la compra definitiva del tema?

When the screen changes to smart phone view, and you click the menu icon, an option for “language” appears at top of screen (English, German, French). I would like that to be taken off, but can’t find where to do that.

Hi there, we are trying to add a video on home page of theme. We added the section called “Slideshow” and then for the content slide we added the YouTube ID which is A4KGublZvnQ and the backgorund style we selected is “Background video: now the slide just constantly spins and ever loads the video. Can you please advise? Thank you

Hi,
Love the template!
However I have having issues working out the Product layout.
On the home page the layout fine as I manually chose that order. However when I click onto Products in the main bar they are all not in the order I am wanting.
The feature is set to manual but it’s not picking it up.

Hi there
I am trying to edit one of your page templates, the (aboutus_v2) page and add 3 text-column-with-image sections : {% section ‘text-colum-with-image’ %}
But it seems I am only replicating the EXACT same section (meaning that on the Section Bar at left appears just one Text-to-Column-with-Image section instead of three.
Can you give me a tip of how can I create this unique versions of the same section {% section ‘text-colum-with-image’ %} on the page?
and How do I add the THEME Customized sections on another pages?

I am having trouble with the correct size to upload the product files.
I am uploading as 1080pix X 1080pix, 300 res.
Then when you view the product image it changes to be a weird config.
What is the correct size I should be uploading as?

The template page.sidebar does not have any options to configure the sidebar menu? Where is this done? Do I have to do it from within the code?

Hi,
I left a comment 3 days ago and followed it up with an email. I have had no response to either.
This theme crashed within an hour and the support is non existent.
I would like a full refund.

Dear,
While using Canvas theme on our Shopify website, contact submission e-mails are not delivered to our mailbox “[email protected]”. Notification mails like order confirmation etc are sent successfully through [email protected], but only contact submissions are never delivered.
When I change the general e-mail to Gmail, contact mails are sucessfully delivered but not on our other mailbox.
How can this be resolved?

Hello, hope you’re well. After minimizing my pictures, I’ve checked my website speed using Google PageSpeed Insights and got a score of 10. After deleting some of my images and using 3rd party plugins, my speed score went up to 15.
I have a feeling that your theme is not fully optimized for fast loading.Can you provide a solution? Thanks
