Support supouse to be great. On my short experience, they took their time to respond your inquiries. Something like 1 e-mail per day. So if you need to go back and forward, like in my case, can be a REALLY SLOW process.

This theme is beautifully designed, quick, clean and responsive and very adaptable. I had one or two small instances of not knowing where to look for particular changes I wanted to make and the customer support is unreal. Hello I bought the Gentium Creative Digital demo. I see there are other demo pages of much interest in my Wordpress Theme area. I would like to review and add these pages to my website. However, when I click to see them, I returns a 404 error. Exp: https://gentium.pixerex.com/wp/studio2/ I would like to access them and install them. Can you please help me ? Support system very bad.Documentation without detail, and there is no support forum where I can consult frequently asked questions from other users and follow my ticket decently.Content importer is having trouble running on 2 of my servers, and theme support does not provide me with files for manual import.I really am more than 3 days trying to work with the topic, but I am completely disappointed.The theme looks nice, but pixerex's structure leaves a lot to be desired.

I have built my corporate website with Gentium by Pinterex. Code and design quality are really goods. It is an excellent template. But the really amazing, about Pinterex, is the customer support. I am not so expert building websites, and every difficult I had, I asked for help. Pinterex team was always extremely kind and helpfull. For further websites I will look, at first, for Pinterex templates.

A great quality theme but even better support. Premium support is an understatement... It is not often that great support and customer service matches the expectations and pixerex hit it out of the park. Really impressed and certainly will be a customer in the future A++++ from me! cheers again

If your a creative and new to WordPress, this theme is superb with great customization and functionality – easy to adjust, adapt and build using Elementor, with great choice of layout options. Excellent customer support, if you run into problems the support team at Pixerex are really helpful – every problem I encountered quickly resolved. Great stuff, keep up the good work.

Not enough reasons allowed but this theme is great. Loads quick. Elements disabled easily if you don't want them. Really solid stuff.
