Hi there. I have just activated WooCommce and in the process of testing it. I’m having problems with the “add to cart” button and pricing. The “add to cart” button and the pricing do not show on the product page and the shop page. Also, the “Add to Whihlist” shows twice??? Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

I have bought a few themes on themeforest.net and this is one of my favorites. Not only is the design excellent, but there are also a lot of features and customizations you can do to make it your own. I've also used the support feature a couple of times and the response was excellent!

Happy with this dedicate theme to construct my website. The theme considers of the customization for developing website in advance, and team of author gives me support when I need, as I am pretty new beginner to wp.

Very happy so far with the customization easiness and Customer Support. There are some widgets that are not 100% working right now, but I am sure they will fix them in next updates, as this is quite a young template. Totally recommend the template if you're looking for clean designs.

The main reason for the 5-star rating was pretty much "all of the above". We have done a lot of themes over the years, but I think this one is my favorite. The only suggestion I would make is there are so many features and customization options that the manual could be more in depth. Having said that the very quick response team from the Help Group has answered all my questions almost immediately. I will be getting another license for another of my sites.

Installing this theme was easy. Documentation is easy to follow. There are many options for customizing this theme as well. Also, support is very reliable and helpful!

Hi I am using your TheIssue theme to create a multi author blog. I have noticed a bug that should be solved because it is very serious. When I create a new article I assign the post a main author and then i can add other names in the Post Settings> Multiple Authors field. These additional authors are displayed correctly in the article but when i visit their Author Page, the article in question doesn’t appear in the list! It is like these authors have not written any posts. This is a very serious problem, please can you solve it? Thanks in advance

In the theme options, I’ve created category sidebars which, according to your instructions, I thought I could select for individual posts: “All sidebars that you create here will appear both in the Widgets Page(Appearance > Widgets), from where you will have to configure them, and in the pages, where you will be able to choose a sidebar for each page”. But I don’t see anywhere on my posts to select a sidebar. Am I missing something? Thank so much in advance

Original theme, great design, easy to customise and fast support. Some more options (as using VC in posts) would be great but they are innovating fast.

Hi I would like to buy The Issue to create a magazine but I need some pre-purchase information. 1 – My articles will not have any featured images so I would like to know if it si possible to show them as in Revolution Theme Options> Blog> BLog Listing Style> Style 8 or Style 9. 2 – My second question is if there is a module to show Blog Categories in carousel or grid like Product Category Grid or Product Categories. 3 – I would like to know if there is the possibility to modify the Blog Category page by adding custom contents. I am disappointed in Fuel Themes and partly Asquared Agency for abandoning this project. You guys do not even bother to respond to individuals who have purchased the script anymore. Are you guys dead or just outright disrespectful? Anyhow, it has been a good run. However, it does not go without expressing that you guys lack the commitment and the spirit for this template to be great. I understand that the sale number of 3,257 is not a major encourager, but it shows that the theme can do great things. Now, I have to hire a freelancer to help keep The Issue and its features up-to-date with WordPress and any future difficulties it faces. As soon as I come across a similar template, I’m done with this template for sure.

Hi. I have another website that uses a different theme that has gorgeous Instagram footer widgets and regular widgets. Instagram doesn’t seem to be a problem for those developers, so I’m guessing whatever was the issue before is no longer one. Are you going to re-add Instagram any time soon?

Is there any updates coming, it seems this theme is stopped developing. Last update is on Sept 21.
