Hello! I keep getting this message on Shopify while using the Kriya theme: "It looks like there is an error in your theme. Try assets/frame.scss.liquid in the template editor to fix the error below: Issue detected: stylesheet took too long to compile. Update theme code to decrease compilation time. Contact your theme’s support team to fix this error.” I have tried the following: -Redownloaded the zip and reuploaded the theme (with the new download) -deleted the frame.scss.liquid file, re-uploaded the frame.scess.liquid file from the download folder to the assets folder (though the code in both were identical..) I don’t know what else to try. We would like to get our site up live ASAP, but I’m unable to work on it until this error is fixed.

I purchased this item thinking it was a HTML template didn’t realise that it was a Shopify theme don’t intend to use their solution. Can I get a HTML version of the template or a refund for the purchase ?

Nice theme, altho the banner slider text should be adjustable for up-down-left-right, at the moment you need to get specific images that will fit into there as you can not adjust the text placement on the main banner / slider.

I have purchased this theme and what you see in the theme and what you get when you download the theme are entirely different.You have to start from scratch.I purchased this theme to customize for my store but I cant start from scratch.I raised the same concern with the support but they say its not possible. Hello, Needing assistance in regards to gift cards. I have customized our gift cards (Shopify account) to fit our business. The entire gift card is left justified and I’m not clear in with section of the theme the gift card justification/padding is located. I’d like this to appear centered on the screen. Please advise. Also, when I go to print a gift card, it is two pages long and huge. Looks horrible. I’d like for customers to print their gift card off our website, the same size as appears on the website, so they are gift presentation appropriate. Please advise. Thank you very much.

Hello I think your theme is a really beautiful one but when tested with PageSpeed Insight from Google, the demo shop is very slow compared to others (score 23 on mobile). It seems that the main reason is the time to download the pictures but I am not a specialist. So my question is : is it due to the specific images you use in the demo shop or would it be more or less the same with others pics ? Is there a way to adress this problem ? Hello, I’m interested in purchasing your theme, but I’ve never used a Shopify theme before. Can you please tell me: 1) Does it need to be hosted in a particular place or can I host it through Bluehost, my regular web host? 2) Can it be customized? In particular, the only thing I’d really want to change is the background wallpaper; I’d like it to be that color but plain instead of the symbols – is that possible? Thank you for the information!
