I have contacted you via support email contact form last week and still no answer. Footer is not working (widgets in general are not working I can not access to edit any widgets). Also when I add new page and go to visit page I am getting blank white page without any content. Please can you respond to my emails?

EDIT: seems to be an issue with woocommerce. When deactivating it, WP bakery works great!

I have had this team for a while now and it’s great.
My support ran out a few weeks ago and up on till today everything worked great.
Something seemed to have happend with the WP-BAKERY.
ERROR:

I dont think im the only one who has this problem. Is there an update on the theme that can fix this?

The theme is very versatile, well designed and coded. There are some minor bugs, but the absolutely outstanding support helps with any of these issues in no time.A big thank you to Anastasia and the team for the amazing support provided, it made working with the theme so much easier and quicker. Hello, I have a problem with the simple footer (parallax). In Google Chrome, the footer is not shown on the main page of the blog and in the post it is shown permanently (sticky) leaving very little space to view the post.
On the other hand, if I deactivate the parallax footer, in Safari, the footer is shown in the middle of the content (only if I am registered as a user).
Could you please give me a solution, thank you very much.

For tyhe error the website not works correctly, the banner it’s changing the size, some buttons desapear, my page it’s www.transpirenaica.net. PLEASE LOOK THE ERROR!!!!
