Down in the reviews section 2 months ago the author explained that a "1.2" update would be coming in the next few days to iron out the outdated woocommerce files and other issues. A few days passed 2 months ago and there has been no update.There is no customer service, no help, no response to queries and no support in the slightest. My best guess is that the person who actually built this theme has bailed and the person acting as author is trying to bodge it back together.You're taking money for something you cant support, fraud.

Avoid purchasing this theme, absolutely no support whatsoever. The UI is beautifully designed but there are bugs. What's the point of paying for this theme if i can't go live with this template. Have tried emailing them multiple times and even trying to post on the comments/discussion page but nothing seems to work.

A M A Z I N G theme for any event, retreat, or workshop. Total ease putting my event site together and each time I wondered about a feature it was there. Also, whenever I had a question, I got a quick and complete response that got me unstuck. Highly recommend this theme.

Beyond having a great, feature-rich theme, the customer support I've received for this theme has been amazing. They have gone above and beyond, always fulfilling my extra-theme requests, even going so far as to alter the theme when a feature I've requested improves the theme overall.

This theme is fine if you want your site to look exactly like the demo, but if you want to do any real customization you will run into many headaches. I, fortunately, had enough time to create all the custom code (custom post types, functions, etc.) but if I was working with less time, I would have just ditched it and bought another theme. I would categorize this theme as a solid starting point but not very flexible. Although I’m happy with my end result, I would not buy this if I had known what I know now. This theme is not up to date with Woocommerce files and displays an error message on the Shop page. I've contacted support but they have not gotten back to me. I do not recommend this theme, it is unusable as it is.

The theme does not install.
Installing Plugin: Ventcamp CoreDownloading installation package from http://vivaco.com/ext/ventcamp-core-2.5.zip…Download failed. ForbiddenPlugin not activated. A higher version of Ventcamp Core is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

The theme can use some finetuning but the customer support, something they have been working on, is very good. I had a small problem and a developer helped me right away, also providing the necessary documentation.

Been a week and no help has been given by support. Ive emailed them and posted under the comments. Theres an error thats theme side related and not my wp install. This author lacks of communication.

At v1, I rated this a 2 star due to there being a bunch of bugs. Now we are at v2 with a ton of updates and the BEST customer support / dev out of over 40+ plugins/themes I've used in the past. They got back to me within hours and were very helpful to resolve issues to their best capabilities. Will buy more themes from them in the future.

Theres no updates from the author for more than 6 months, is imposible to install completely because of updates and they don't respond to any comments.
I want my money back, this is a scam!!!!!!

I bought this theme two days ago, it seemed a good option, only to find that its documentation is basic, the technical support is not fast, I sent an email with some doubts 48 hours ago and I still don't receive a response.The theme works well if yours want to install the theme and use the default demos.
So, my conclusion is: if you don't need to customize the theme much, go ahead, but if you want to customize it to your needs, be careful, in support they will take time to respond.

I had high expectations on this theme until I started to try to make it work. Documentation is of almost no use. Some screenshots are outdated and the install worked differently for me. When I finally got it partially working I noticed it is very difficult to customize, and performance is definitely an issue. Tried the support but only got a reply a day later with not much useful information. Sorry to give a low rate, but it doesn't deliver what is promised.

I bought this theme over 2 months ago, added a years worth of support. I then began submitting support requests. I still have NOT gotten ANY answers. I would like a refund on the template and the extra support subscription!!

The template has many bugs. After their update on March 22 event schedule does not appear on my website. and it’s pity that update overrides some widgets and my event schedule content. So I lost my content
They answered to my comment on Themeforest that will help me to solve this issue, but there is no an responce from their said even after several emails.

absolutly annoying. after the last update customizer stopped working (the only way to chose a main style and configure header options). waiting till days for a solution. we are now sitting on a useless page losing ticket sales. translation possibility is zero. if you are planning to make this theme multilingual dont buy it.

This theme is lovely but it had a LOT of bugs and issues right from the start. The customer service was so SLOW and unhelpful - responses were often several days to weeks after support inquires. Went back to another theme that I know works instead of trying to wait for help fixing the numerous bugs on this one. Very disappointing.

OMG, this theme is a time waster! DON'T BUY IT! Too many bugs! You can't add rows and customize it. The theme loads slowly too.

Le thème n'est pas mauvais en lui même, mais on est très limité en terme configuration personnelle, vous pouvez l'acheter si vous souhaitez le même site que la démo, sinon passez votre chemin. Le suivi est mauvais, impossible de mettre en place un header vidéo à cause juste d'un bug d'encodage, plusieurs personnes l'ont signalisé et rien n'est corrigé, cela n'est pas professionnel.

This wordpress is very comprehensive, once you load the example files (make sure to do that before you start playing with the site), then everything gets easier.The support is excellent too, I sent them the log in and they got it fixed within 4 hours. :)Thank you!

Very well documentet and customizable! All in all one of the best themes I've come across on Themeforest! I'll be sure to look towards Vivaco for great themes in the future!

I don't like to give 1-Star reviews but unfortunately I have to.The theme is not installable. It has required plugins (Ventcamp Core, etc.) that need to be downloaded from vivaco.com - but this domain is not reachable. So no way to install it!They also claim that their first support response is within 8 hours on their website (at the bottom right of their page https://ventcampwp.com/).I opened a ticket yesterday and still didn't hear anything. This is a no-go!Why do you have to make your theme dependent on proprietary plugins you have to download from your webserver. This is doomed to fail sooner or later... Just put them into the themeforest download package or make them available as a torrent or smthg!

There are a few bugs in the theme. For example you can not edit the button text in the sitcky menu. Developer has promised to fix this three months ago.

Great theme. This is one of the best I've purchase in terms of cleanliness and usability. Amazing customer support! They answered my email almost immediately and responded to all my follow up questions. That in itself is worth a lot. Highly recommend.
