Please I need a refund on this template I got it months ago and haven’t been able to use Support is so poor

Design looks awesome. Two issues that can be improved: - Too much animation to my taste - they're not practical. - Too many external plugins/dependencies. - HTML tags/classes redefine too much from base Bootstrap, I would prefer html tags used were as similar to Bootstrap as possible.Hence 4 star.

When the pages are in the root directory, there is no problem, but none of the plugins work when pages are in subdirectories. You will probably reply after two days, but since I got the template, I cannot use it because of this problem. You must have tested this; I can’t believe you didn’t. I really liked the design, but just for that reason, I’ll request a refund.

I am trying to use the icons in a Google Maps InfoWindow, however they are not appearing. Have you tested this before? They work fine on the rest of the page.

For example compressed html and lazy loading of scripts? 2) do I understand correctly that the demo contains 35% of the entire template? 3) if I don’t like the code, can I request funds back?

Hi, We are encountering an issue when using the side menu of the Basik Template in our Laravel project. We are using a layout (parent) called admin in the layouts folder, and various blade views (child) which use the layout using the extends directive: @extends(‘layouts.admin’). The menu in the layout contains a-tags to navigate to various pages. An example is: View All When the user clicks on ‘View All’, the URL changes to …/users, as expected, however, the page does not seem to ‘refresh’. It seems as if the layout does not reload and only the content (which changes) is reloaded. This is causing datatables (which require JS script in the child view – which in turn uses the layout using @extends) to not be loaded correctly. When refreshing the page from the browser, everything works well. If the user clicks on ‘View All’ inside the menu again, the table/content does not load well again. A refresh ‘solves’ the issue again and so on.. Could the template include any scripts (for instance those used for the navigation, sliding effect etc…) that are causing this issue please?
