We purchased this theme and after installing it in WordPress successfully, we are getting below error when activating copy of the theme after Purchase code has been entered.
Error message: “Something went wrong on get purchase information: cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘api.beplusthemes.com’”

Hi,
I am trying to edit the theme using WP Bakery. However, when I reach the Our Services portion and there is a Grid. When I choose to edit the grid, it does not respond at all.
I need support to complete this exercise. My team has been struggling for a month now.
