The theme is really great, but keep in mind that the theme is very overloaded with CSS & JavaScript. This results in long loading times and a bad ranking on Google. The use of caching plugins improves it a bit, but is not really the perfect way.
Support can only be provided if you give the developer (about whom you won't really find any information) access via FTP to the productive site.
Since the release of the plugin there was no update of the theme at all (security risk).
