Great support, very quick, usually morning time I'll get a response when in the u.k. have helped massively with all my request, even something not supported they have helped. Before buying I would like to know: - Are the sections inserted in the product pages the same for all? Example: If I insert a slide on the product page X, is it possible not to make it appear on the product page Y? That is, I would like to have different and separate sections for each product page!

10/10 theme !! so much you can customize and they are always adding new layouts, so you'd definitely have no problem creating a unique site you love.Also their customer support is AMAZINGGG they respond very quickly & help you with literally any issues you may have with your site.

I could never find the worst Customer Support anywhere. Lezada has the worst customer support and their upgrades just do not make sense technically or otherwise.I am having constant issues with the theme. Every time they upgrade, I get some or other issues.First I had some problems with the Wishlist module and then they did not solve it. But I upgraded to the new theme and it was working. And the support did not help me with this, I had to do it.Then the Wishlist and Zoom in functionality on the product page stopped working. This has been the issue since Nov 9th 2019. No Solution to this day, they will just send a screenshot or video which shows it working. But in fact, it is not working.After that my dropdown stopped working. I asked to get it fixed. They replaced the main.js file without taking a backup or asking me. They keep on saying that I made the edits. I asked them to restore back, they say, "You made changes to the code, we can not do anything. It's your responsibility"They will respond to you the next day and will be super rude. The support will not check your files or the version you are on. They will just do whatever they want. And they only have one solution with them, "Update the theme" If that does not solve it, they will say you edit the theme so we are not responsible.I am regretting my decision to buy this theme.

The best Customer support ever! Well beyond my expectations, can't thank them enough for their assistance. Very responsive and professional. The theme itself is beautiful, on of the best I've seen. We use it on three websites and looks stunning!

I really recommend this theme. It is not only a beautiful and unique theme but it has the same feature other themes have and it is much cheaper. The customer support is very helpful. I missed some features on the about page and they wanted to add them for me. Very fast support too.I bought two themes and much more in price which I won't use because the support and documentation is very poor. I am very happy with this theme
