This theme was by far the most professional I found, with all the functions I could wish for my online store. The customer support since there has been great, and I couldn't recommend this theme enough!

Amazing looking theme with minor bugs but great support to help you fix things along the way and get the site looking the way you want!have gone back and forth with support over minor css issues and theme customizing and they although are on the other side of the world / time zone helped me through all issues!Being new to shopify themes i was hesitant at first but the support so far has made this theme a win!

This theme is amazing for how much it costs. It is worth every penny. It is a little challenging to setup but overall its really good. Only complaint is there is no option for print on demand products, meaning I am unable to sell my personalised items. Support cannot customise the theme which I understand. I will need to hire a coding expert to implement it...

Im a pretty self sufficient guy with these themes... Ran into some minor issues and the guys at Roartheme didn't disappoint! Scott was a huge help and was quick and prompt with responding. I used Material for 2 years and have upgraded to this new theme. Granted, there are some things you gotta just figure out yourself.. but thats part of the fun! Almost anything else you could tweak through the countless, but very comfortable, customization options.My coding skills are frankly said non-existent and I needed some help with changing little things about the design to better suit my needs, so I wrote to the support and literally within an hour or two it was done. Hi. ​I’ve searched all the documentation I can find online but I am unable to locate information on how to create / configure the Slider Revolution component. The Envato product page for the theme says it comes pre-installed with the theme. The comments section here refers to Express Slider and sends you to the Roar shopify apps page where the app is not to be found. Any help would be appreciated.

The theme overall is great - flexible, modern & minimalist designed. However there are some minor issues and as with any other new themes you install to your site, you should vet through every page completely.The roartheme support theme has been very helpful so far with the bug fixes and questions. I'm overall super pleased with this product, especially at the price they offer it for. It has so many features and just looks really clean and user-friendly. Everything on it is interactive and it's keeping potential buyers on my site much longer than before I installed. The product filters are amazing, I'm really happy we can search by the size, price, color, or features. Feel it gets people to buy more often because I can actually play on the impulse buy psychology, whereas before they spent a lot of time sorting through products, seeing if it fit their budget or body, and eventually logging off. The support is superb. I left my house for 3 hours after creating a ticket late at night, expected to hear back tomorrow or in a few days but they had responded sometime while I was gone. I'm still finding new features that are fun to use and there are many different pages in this theme just so I can switch it up. Very pleased.

One of the best support I've received from a theme developer, which is important when it comes to using a premium theme. On top of that, the theme is modern and clean with a lot of possible customisation. Documentation is well written so it took me a few minutes to understand how everything works.

This is not only a really sleek, well designed theme but also their support is great! They were quick to reply and help me with something I was asking about. One of the dopest themes I've found on the market. Digging the continuous improvements and subtle, but necessary layout options. You'll also find that the product comes thoroughly supported by a responsive team who really wants to help you make the most of your buying decision. You'll find the visual documentation to be helpful, also, especially if you're one who doesn't get a bunch of software / design terminology. The drag and drop feature allows you to quickly try out some of your layout ideas and help you structure your content in way that makes sense and helps your brand stand out. And I don't want to leave out just how great it is that it supports Google fonts (though I would love to see Typekit integration in the near future). Just add the font name and see it quickly populate in action. Can't say enough about it and am super happy I made the purchase.
