Not very flexible when installing theme, doesn't give you the option to just pick a demo and customize it. you get demo 1, and then you have to figure the rest out via tutorials

I have been receiving from my supporter's enthusiastic help, even at Happy New Year's date. Any problems that arise are resolved quickly. Although we cannot chat via any channel (ex: skype, hangs out..), we had 4-5 conversations in one day via the support channel/ email. Thanks for the prompt feedback.

the heade is like in the 90s. you cant really change the design, just the colours and some small things. For enter another picture or change it complete, you need to ask the support. dont buy it, if you need a flexibel theme. way to expensive for this small option of costumize

Amateurish, bug filled code. For example; product images don't scale correctly, the Revolution Banner doesn't scale correctly, multiple dropdown menus display over each other, homepage promotional products (e.g. ‘New Arrival Item’) display vertically when less than 6 are chosen, the sticky top navigation bar causes scrolling issues on iPhone/Android, CSS isn’t loaded in the correct order causing pages to display incorrectly while loading, even the WooCommerce demo store has errors. The basics of a modern storefront have not been met and, ironically, the theme is filled with unnecessary, half complete features like a staff plugin, FAQ plugin. It also includes the plugin ‘WooCommerce Accepted Payment Methods’ that has been abandoned by its developer AND overrides the default WooCommerce features (which work perfectly will). This is an utterly inexcusable security risk!No post deployment instructions for removing plugins required for initial demo setup.Avoid!

Theme design is very attarctive, documentation easy to understand. The customer support is prompt and clear all your issues. Someone new to wordpress like me, was easy to setup a woocommerce site with good support. Thank you.
