There is no support.It's impossible to change simple things like the client name on projects.half the pages don't look correct on smartphone.It's not a 1 star theme because it has beautifull fonts and layout.

It is quite hard customizable theme. It's taking us through a lot of stress to build our website. We even have difficulties to change font for headlines. But theme itself looks beautiful though

As per your video tutorial, after installing the Demo, I went to Tatee options, then to the Import/Export option to paste the info from “tatee theme options.txt” file. However, these is no field or options to paste it. In fact, none of the Theme options are working when you click on them. Can you please make this work. 2. The theme footer is not showing at all. The Project info Block features a STATUS and CLIENT info. But I cannot find where to edit this information. It continues to default to Completed and to list my Wordpress author name. Where and How can I alter this information?

The new update has done nothing to the theme and the child theme is still inoperable. Unfortunately this theme has potential but much of the code is poorly put together as you have to do a lot of armwork to get things looking exactly how you want things by editing the code yourself.

This theme looks good and the design is awesome, however is very, very unrefined and presents the buyer with a lot of unnecessary stress and work.For example just a few: 1. You manually have to upload every single thumbnail size you will need (Wordpress can do this automatically for you)2. Extra fields shown on front end, e.g. under project "client:" there is no where to edit these in the back end in the information Meta-box3. Documentation differs from the real thing e.g. about sections in footer4. Documentation screenshots are missing so you don't actually know what it is talking aboutI think next version with these issues fixed will be an awesome theme.
