Hello, I have updated all plugins that you recently provided to me via Support and all of my animated images and headings have once again vanished after working perfectly prior to the plugin updates. See this page for an example https://ozarkodesign.com/about/. It should look similar to the demo page on your site and everything has vanished. The same thing happened on these pages: 1) Home page: Above the portfolio section, the word, “Showcase” no longer appears. 2) Services page: Two animations missing: “Services” above the primary image, and “Offerings” below the list of clients. 3) Vision page: “Vision” animation above the primary image is missing. 4) About page: “About” does not animate, nor does the image of myself. 5) Contact page: “Contact” does not animate above the primary image. I have disabled all plugins except for those required by this theme. It is not a plugin issue. Please tell me how to fix this disaster. Thank you.

Are there any plans to update this theme soon for new versions of Wordpress? I purchased the theme, but updates seem limited. Please let me know. Thanks!

I really need for you to help me with the final pieces of my website. The documentation for this theme is so basic and has been of little help. I have also sent a message through your support system as you have requested and nobody has responded. This is frustrating. The portfolio page on my website https://ozarkodesign.com/portfolio/ is NOT showing the background text. I’ve tried 4 different attempts at trying to get it to work and nothing is working. The background text is still not showing. I really need your help. Either that or I need a much better online manual for your theme to show me the way. Hi I got this theme from envato elements but the FR Themes, Rev Slide, Visual Composer & Ultimate VC Addon plugins say: “Download failed. Forbidden Plugin not activated. A higher version of FR Theme Extensions is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.” How do I go about updating these?

I purchased the Chelsey theme through Envato Elements and am trying to update the Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder but they are all requiring an activation license. How do I update these plugins? And another question: How do I update your theme when you have updates?
