So the index help on this download shows that you can change the colour of the header and footer but when your in the theme these options are not available ?

Update from the previous 1-star rating. I have sent the developer multiple Screen Captures of the issues I am having. They keep replying that I am doing it wrong, without explaining the correct way. I have multiple themes I have used to develop sites on, and none of them give me any troubles.
