I am tech background, and i installed more than 50 of wordpress theme already, so i am not a newbie. I follow every step of you guide, i cannot import the demo data of your site successfully. So i email your support and i watched two demo video link sent from your staff, http://source.wpopal.com/medicor/dummy_data/guide/#install-data https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iK3I__3hjr0https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sO8DfthmtJIBut i press the button just like your video, i cannot get what i see in the guide video, it just keep redirecting me to another page ( please see attachment )I cannot import the data, and i cannot get the theme ready and it already spend me 3 manday , can you provide a data linkage to let me to download and import the demo data? If i cannot install the theme demo data successfully, i will give you 1 star rating, and i will email Themeforest and ask for the refund as you lie to the customers.Really disappointed on this theme and support.

I am a regular buyer on Theme Forest and for as long as I can remember this is the best support I have gotten from any author on Envato Market, the design, features, customization, flexibility and support for this theme is incredible.

When i installed the template many problems occurred and the template did not work as efficiently as required I can not work the home page easily, which made me untie this template If not all these problems are solved I will have to buy another template but it will be a bad experience with you
