i received an email in feb that the theme was hacked and i was asked to update the theme which i did right away,
But everyday i get a malicious folder in my root directory. I have tried all kinds of scans possible but i am still not getting any help from anyone.

Hi, I’ve purchased theme theme a year and have enjoyed the theme but last week I saw certain features no longer working properly. Accordion menu now displays unorganized texted. I paid for new support yet still not able to access tech support. I wants me to pay support again??

Hello, good afternoon, I have a problem with the update … I bought the theme and I have the update of the theme with the purchase number and others …
When updating the theme, things are not bad (it changes some color but generally fine) but when I update Elementor then the whole layout of the theme breaks.
I have tried it several times. I have regenerated the CSS from elementor, but it is still broken.
Can anybody help me?
I have finished my support period, but I do not need advanced support, only that I can update the topic correctly.
