Hi! Recently i just bought your Piqes theme which i’m in love with. It’s just fabulous for real, i’d like to use it for a digital marketing agency. My problem is that I didn’t know that all the backgrounds and pictures are copyrighted. ​You guys don’t say it anywhere and for me it wasn’t obvious​. Is there any chance to purchase the backgrounds which belongs to this theme? Please do not say that leave a ticket because i downloaded the theme via envato elements which means that i don’t have any purchase code however i cannot open a ticket. Thx for your help!

​Hello, support. I updated wordpress on my site to 5.6, but after that the Essential grid plugin stopped working. When I click on Create New Grid it loads the interface as it is but it is unclickable. I can’t click on the different tabs add photos or do anything. I tried to install the plugin on an older version of WordPress just for debugging and it all worked. Please check and test the essential grid plugin in the new version of WordPress and an update would be good.

Hi Support! I bought the theme a week ago and today I have all the hosting and wordpress setup. Installed all plugins as per the documentation file. Now I’m trying to get my theme edited and I have issues: 1. I can only edit 5% of the texts – everything else that I edit >> click on update is gone after I hit preview or go back. 2. I created a new used just to test and I get the following error: Warning: Illegal string offset ‘subtitle’ in /home/customer/www/mydomain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/trx_addons/components/cpt/team/tpl.single.php on line 50 I haven’t done any other changes but this is a bit annoying…. WP version 5.7 WP Memory limit 40 MB PHP version 7.3.27 5.6+ PHP Memory Limit 768 MB 128 MB PHP Post Max Size 256 MB 32 MB PHP Max Upload Size 256 MB 32 MB PHP Max Execution Time (sec) 120 300+ MySQL version 5.7.32 Hosting – Siteground – they couldn’t help which is normal as this is a third party theme. How do I get things fixed? Any ideas?

Hi Support, I have downloaded the Piqes theme through my Envato Subscription. It mentions that the PSD files are available if you submit a support request, however you cant unless you have a licence code which you dont get through Envato Elements Subscription. Please can you provide the PSD files for download. Thank again.

I raised a support ticket before, portfolio items are missing though this is a creative agency theme, all the agencies require portfolios to add their own items. I got the fix but now today when I updated the theme again it vanishes from the backend. So every time I have to add the temporary fix to theme files. I expected that the theme author will come up with the permanent portfolio menu fix but Nope it is not there. I don’t want to edit the theme files every dam time. It is so common to have portfolio items in your creative agency theme. There are a lot of shortcomings to the website as if they quote the theme as “Creative Agency theme”. There is no way to customize the blog, portfolio, services archive style. you cannot style your own pages and use them as the blog, portfolio & services post types. All you have to rely on themes archive files. Yes, there are fixes 1- one to customize a theme and add your code into child theme 2- buy Elementor premium. But as the agency theme, these options should be available at theme settings, you don’t want to have such style pages then it is quite tedious work for these simple requirements. in my case, I want to create a creative agency website for my business, but the theme lacking the basic website requirements as a “creative theme”. I hope they would take these comments as the opportunity to enhance the theme performance, and work on these shortcomings rather than giving temporary fixes and make the theme more reliable and sufficient. How do I install the agency version of this theme specifically? I seem to be having some trouble with this part.

I just purchased this product. The installation is complete, but nothing is displayed on the top page except the header and footer. If I change the plugin to Elementor and ThemeREX only, the same thing happens, but if I change the theme, it works. Is there any way to fix this? PHP 7.4 SQL 5.6 Memory limit 512M
