Demo import functionality is broken. Only half the contents are imported. This is misleading. Id this still supported or should my client go for a refund?

While opening the Mega menu, the pop-up freezes and Elementor page doesn’t load after. Any solution for this error? I can share WP login details for the website in case of needed.
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 71 of the file /var/www/wp-content/plugins/passo-bosco-core/inc/vendors/opal-megamenu-for-elementor/includes/hook-functions.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Elementor\Responsive’ not found in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/passo-bosco-core/inc/vendors/opal-megamenu-for-elementor/includes/hook-functions.php:71

Hi, please help.
I am unable o change the background picture for different pages, it is the same for all. Also on my shop (this site is in construction…I have the footer throughout the page. Please see screengrabs below:

Lastly, I cannot access Elementor on the Shop page and I cannot change the footer for my account, cart and checkout pages.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Pre purchase question: Can I change all images, fonts, colors, header layout, in Elementor easily? Second question, can I disable the cart? I don’t need an ecommerce site. Thank you.
