What looks like a nice template to begin with, it is not user friendly to adjust any settings, there is no theme options page, rather just customise panel, this although provides same function, there is little room for tips and tools to assist with the template.The template does not look like the one in their demo, and there is no documentation with detail, there is a just a quick generic guide document.I have emailed a support ticket 3 days ago, and they have not seen or replied to it. For a company who is an Elite Author on ThemeForest, with thousands of sales, you would think they care about their customer service and customers.I wish i didnt buy the template.

Hello I hope your day is well. I am having a issue with your template. When I load a inner page it flashed a white box which looks like the height and space of the nav bar. It even does it on the homepage but I did check the demo version of the site to make sure it too was doing it.. It was not doing it and loading correctly. I am not sure what the issue is. Could you kindly help me please. I realize elements/envato is weird bc it doesn’t show our purchases on here. So I bought this theme a couple of days ago now. I use this theme for my plumbing and heating business. The theme is highly customizable so i was able to edit the default template to suit my needs. Alot of time and effort has clearly gone into the design of this product and it really does show.I now have a very professional looking website which will without a doubt bring more business to us as a company.The customer service is second to none. I had a couple of issues with the theme that I wasnt unsure how to fix.Ruben logged into my website and found the issue straight away. The issue was a rouge plugin causing the images not to appear where they should. I would highly reccomend this theme to all. The design is brilliant and the customer support is top notch.5 stars from one happy customer.

Hello, It is very easy – that section use 2 columns, that’s why email is located in first column. p.s. Items downloaded from Elements, have no support, so for further support you will need to have valid Themeforest purchase code. And don’t forget to update theme to latest important update ( theme files, WPBakery plugin, Rev Slider and WPRT addons plug )

Hi, very good theme…i took the theme from envato elements so i know i can’t ask about support but just to know if i bought a licence…in the top bar, where we have the socials icons, when we click, it send directly to the social media but i want to know if we can send the link open in a new window, blank option to have the link open in a new window….thanks

header – float aside doesn’t work on mobile. I followed instructions in documentation exactly. I switched about page to header float aside but mobile header doesn’t work. Please direct me to documentation to fix it. And top bar doesn’t seem to show on this setting either?

Hi, Since Wordpress upgraded jQuery the theme has a few errors 1. jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated 2. jQuery.fn.size() is deprecated; use the .length property 3. jQuery.fn.size() is deprecated; use the .length property. When are you going to update the theme to support the new jQuery version ? Thanks
