This theme is fantastic, I love the included designer which is what I really needed as my design skills are hopelss. It is really easy to work with, I am using it with ASP.Net Core 2 and so far very enjoyable.

medium_rare has been so responsive to the minor concerns that I've had about the template. It's really beautiful work. I would have liked it to just overwrite the Bootstrap classes to make implementation easier, support panels, support popovers, and make the size of anchor tag buttons and button-tag buttons equal, but in the end, our web application is looking great. This is really deserving of 5 stars.I also wish there were a way to share my custom.css with others and see what other people are doing too. But that, of course, is not something I would expect from the author/designer.

I can see they put a good amount of work in it, but if I have to get in the code and start to fix stuff, then why did i spend money on it. I like the design, very well docs, nice touch with varian builder, but i just spent the last hour correcting float:left and right in everything.

Is there anyway to download on the files needed for one demo website? For example, I really want to use “Personal 1 Portfolio”, but when I open in Visual Studio Code, ALL of the files show. I know I can go through and remove based on what’s not being used, but as a newer developer, this is easier said than done. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Excellent builder but there are still a lot of problems that are generated. Forced to redo some modules because it is impossible to edit them at times.But overall it's really an excellent tool.Congratulations to the developers

Hello, on the recent update of the theme the contact form 7 plugin doesn’t work properly. It fails to send the message in AJAX mode and doesn’t show the “message sent” popup. I found errors while message being sent, something to do with jquery. I have installed CF7 plugin on an empty template of the theme, no additional plugins or setup, and it still fails to send in AJAX mode.

I want to talk about the last star.I come from a custom coding background and this is my first 'framework' project. I have built my pages and made the site. Great! Awesome!Then i looked at my stats. OMG a 60+k stylesheet ( 460k uncompressed ) I'm used to around 9k in craft builds. So I begin with the heavies loads first....#1 reduce the icon font to only the icons i need by refactoring it through an icomoon workflow. ( import, pick, repack, export) - that reduced iconmind from 1.1meg to 12k √. #2 frameworks similarly cutting down to only what i need halved the css. But at 37k it's still way too big for the site.So for me and i presume a bunch of other busy full stack peeps. I really you hope you can get those last stars. You probably could easily pick up one more star by not doing any coding. Just add another page to the documentation diagraming an optimising workflow and the for that final star.Make your code a little more molecular so that picking and choosing components becomes easier. But seriously awesome job with the Builder and the inclusion of the less files so that i could begin to reverse engineer your code.

This is a fantastic template! Well thought out, beautiful theme, kudos to the developers and thank you for a great product!

I'd love to love this product, but the navigation (menu system) has serious bugs to the point where you'll have to completely rewrite it from scratch. When I reached out to customer support, they were dismissive and unhelpful - I'm not sure they even read the ticket before firing off a half-baked answer that didn't address the navigation issue.

At the first look the theme is pretty awesome but when getting into details there are some gimmicks like in the blog post if you want to have a list (ordered / unordered ) you must add manually class "bullets" to element (dunno if it's somewhere documented or why was designed this way..). The rest I'll let you find by yourself :) Overall I say it worth as nothing is perfect. Big up for coding style as it's damn easy to read/understand and well structured.

Even though the support is a little slow compared to my liking, they do generally reply every 24 hours & I have grown an appreciation for their quality after browsing Envato for hours.

(Just my opinion)I feel that the author has not updated the product with enough new features, and the Builder remains broken in many ways. That said, it's a really good theme in all aspects (design and otherwise). Recommended, but not for people who're seeking something with constant updates.

Submenus are displayed to the right of the sign > only for narrow menus of col-lg-2. On trystack.mediumra.re you only used col-lg-2 and it seems that you hardcoded the position of the submenus only for this width.

A really wonderful theme that can also act as a starter template for any sort of website you are building!

The inclusion of the Variant Page Builder is really a great asset to this theme and helps speed up the process of assembling a full page you can customize to your liking.I also like the plethora of interchangeable blocks and individual elements. This is a great and flexible bundle. And for the price, totally worth it.Also a big shoutout to Craig and James for their quick and helpful support.

Hello, I’m trying to add lazyload to modals with images, but the src attribute is inserted regardless of my custom src attribute when declaring the modal. Is there any way to prevent this without affecting the modals functionality? Thanks!

The way the page builder works is absolutely amazing. It took me less then a day to set up https://weekplanner.io including a working MailChimp en Google Analytics integration. For me this is the only theme I need from now on.

This theme is absolutely packed with nearly every design element that you'd need. A clean and neat code makes it easy to pick the right elements even in HTML editor. Meanwhile included visual editor is a really nice bonus to quickly assemble the necessary elements and see how the final design would look like. I had issues with Instagram API integration and Author provided stellar support going above and beyond. 5 star rating is well deserved and I highly recommend this html theme. Value for money is unbeatable.
