Well, theme design is good. Coverage is high. Look and feel is great. Flexibility is high. And customer support is the best. They even helped in many cases where they could easily have bypassed, saying that my query does not fall under their theme support boundary.

There are so many features in this theme it is simply amazing. Plus you get WPBakery Page Builder free with licensed updates when new releases come out. But, you need to keep this in mind, this is like a Ferrari. It has maximum performance when tuned properly. If you like it out of the box, no problem. If you have an extensive amount of customization needed, best to get yourself some professional support.

The theme does it best by providing a great foundation for building intranet and social media. For $67 you get all the great features not to mention that all parts of buddypress are already designed well. I am a developer myself and this is a great theme, the code is very understandable, you will very much likely to appreciate the effort that dunhakdis went to building a well coded theme. The only thing I could suggest is make the installation workflow better so that people that are new to wordpress can easily get started to it. Anyways, keep up the good work. I was looking for something complex like this page for very long time. This theme is providing you so huge option that you can implement it in company as intranet and at the same time you can use same theme for community and same time as a project. an this was exactly what i was looking for. you can manage whatever you can imagine under ""project" with forum, documents, member's permission level , event calendar.. and more more.. also support of this theme is great. they are helping me every day with 100% success tickets no matter if it is "include" template or it is more less wordpress issue or your weak skills like mine.

This is a clearly documented and well maintained theme. The author is helpful, polite and won't leave you with unanswered questions, (of course within reason). I highly recommend it.

After downloading this theme I wanted to make several changes. I experienced dificulties with editing some of these changes, but team support (Jasper) helped me out with everything. Very satisfieng experience!

Me along with several other people have been trying to get a hold of support through their support website but had no luck. I was hoping to get some help three or four months before the support expired and I can see by looking at their support tickets that they still have not answered even to other people. The worse tech support I could've imagined. I even purchase the extended support to 1 year but ended up being for nothing as I was not able to get support in the last 4 months. By now it's been much longer than four months and no one has answered any support requests even from other people. Their support went MIA for about a week or so early in the beginning of my purchase and they made the excuse that they were on vacation and every time they would take longer than a day to respond, their excuse was that they were on vacation. It's a good theme that needs improvement which it seemed to have been getting updates for a short while but despite how good their theme was, their (lack of) support makes this developer a terrible choice. I do not recommend to purchase this theme or other products from this seller/developer as the theme doesn't seem to be getting any updates and there's been no support for months.

This theme absolutely sucks. They take your money for support, but it takes so long to get back to you, that you might as well have paid for a better theme. IF you are buying this theme for a client, DON'T DO IT! They recommend plugins that won't actually work with their theme and leave you on your own to figure it out.The sad part is, in the support login, there are at least a dozen of us going on 2 weeks with absolutely ZERO answers.

If you’re looking for a straight forward ‘out of the box’ theme to create an online community-based website then this is definitely the best choice.The ‘how to’ documentation is all hosted online and is extremely in-depth with very simple step-by-step guides which are broken down into different stages. You simply complete one stage then click to the next stage for completion and so on. By the time you have followed all the steps you will have your community-based site up and running.Also the customer service support has been second to none, offering friendly support within 24hours of posting a ticket, always having a solution to your issue as well as providing custom code when you want something slightly different from the theme template.It’s also worth noting that we incorporated the use of ‘PaidMembershipPro’ plugin in conjunction with the ‘LearnDash LMS’ plugin within the theme and it works seamlessly, allowing you to create multiple membership levels and even use a subscription payment method for on-going membership plans.So overall a great theme with everything incorporated that you’d ever need to run a successful online community-based website.

DO NOT BUY THIS THEME! Save your money. The author of this theme is not around, this is an abandoned theme and you will receive zero support for the many issues that come with it (more as Wordpress upgrades). Envato will not refund your money because a buggy theme abandoned by the author does not qualify for its "Refund Policy". Buyer Beware!

I was going to create a site and then use slack for the staff. I decided to look for a single solution. I needed a them that allows public and private areas of our site and group projects on the private side. Thrive theme fit the bill. I'm not very experienced. I have maintained sites but the only site I create was tiny and it was years ago. I had a few issues because our menu has more items than a typical site and they started bumping into each other. The theme tech support folks got it straightened out.It would have been a good idea to watch videos on word press in general and visual composer before jumping right into the theme. Pretty steep learning curve but I did it.

We designed either normal (with coders project base) and also theme based (wordpress) websites as company. We all PMGLOBAL Team can say Dunhakdis Team by far the best team we are worked with. They explained in an extraordinary ways whenever we had problem. They tried to help to solve all our problem in a short-time. We will follow all their projects from now on and get their product without any other option if it is suitable for our projects. Overall the theme is looking really great but there is a redirecting problem between the buddypress elements and the wordpress pages. I've been in touch with the support for the last few month but the support couldn't make it work either.

Customer support has been amazing. These guys have responded and assisted with every question, inquiry and customization thought I have thrown at them. Truly amazing what they are willing to do and what this theme can handle.

Excellent modern, responsive theme. Excellent support! BuddyPress is a huge plugin: over 1,000 files. Add in all the other plugins included/recommended with the theme and Dunhakdis has bundled up one super-sophisticated community/intranet site!Nothing's perfect. Theme has 300+ files. But dah-mmmn: kudos to the authors for successfully theming over a huge code base with amazingly few bugs; keeping it up to date; and providing such great support.We have a very happy customer thanks to authors' hard work. i love the theme, however right out of the box there is quite a few bugs and i found out after I purchased that I guess there sadly is not support for this theme so I will have to hire a professional programmer to fix all these problems which I should not have to begin with. This stinks!

I have tried about 3 of the top intranet themes. And, after using Thrive for the past couple of months, I must say that this is probably the best one of its kind. It not only works great, but the support you get with it is even better. I highly recommend this theme to anyone that wants an attractive, easy-to-use intranet/extranet theme. Also, if you need help, dunhakdis will respond and help you along the way. :)

Themes work great (and this one really does)....But to me, what matters is when they don't, or do somewhat unexpected things is the tell of the tape. Support is truly responsive and accurate. Gets the template working for you in the way that it is supposed to work for you. A couple of hiccups later and I have a beautiful site with not a ton of effort.

Jasper has been amazing. He helped us configure several changes to the header so it would work perfectly for us- providing me w/ CSS and clear instructions for where to add,etc. He's been very responsive to all of my questions and I recommend the them highly.

I did a good survey before choosing Thrive - Intranet and community WordPress Theme for my community portal, and as far as Intranet & community theme is concern, Thrive is the best ever. The Theme is well coded and documented. Most importantly, I've never seen any customer support as Excellent, Prompt, Helpful and professional as Thrive support Team, especially with Jasper. Thrive is a super flexible and stable theme and Dunhakdis offer some of the best customer support that I have experienced.

I fall in love with their support. I have purchased many themes on themeforest and whenever I need to ask something or have them to do something for me, it's always effective on write comment on themeforest.net rather than their support site. Many themes support here are using their own support site to reduce their workload but this one is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Their support site is very active and normally I get my answer within 24 hours or even less which is great. Keep up the good work and look forward to seeing more themes from you guys.

I was actually using this theme since version 1.6, I was notified that there is an update (3.0), since I lost my account in tf, i decided to create an re purchase the theme. 30 minutes into the installation was almost shocking, it seems like it's another theme! The design was upgraded and I mus say that Iabsolutely love it!! Keep up the good work guys! This theme should be priced higher than woffice!

I seldom comment or rate easily, but Thrive got me on. Aside fantastic support, the theme is intuitively designed with great user interface and experience (ui/ux) that motivates.

Honestly, I now tell people to not buy this theme because there are just so many annoying things about it:-they have all these ridiculous fonts, but guess what? you have to click on every single font to see how they look, literally every single one, I spent about 2 hours looking for a font, and I discovered that more than half of them are none sense.-All the menue on the top bar cant be changed positions and its utterly just annoying, example, I want my logo on the right side and guess where it goes towards the center along with menus, and guess what you can't change the position.-When you download the file you are 99% going to get all notifications that some plug in didn't download, so that means you are going to have to waste time and use the FTP client to figure it out. -There are some parts of the websites that cannot be customized event though its just a part of the website that is just wasting space.-Some of the text with in the website is not that very visible, and guess what? can't be changed.Those are just some of the issues. For customizable theme, some of the small details just create the biggest headaches. I do not recommend this theme, instead go for Klein or something, I got this because of the task management but found out you can just get a plug in for that.Also so damn expensive for a theme that is actually just extremely basic pages, as if not enough effort was put into the small details.

The theme is well-thought out, and contains lots of great features. Also, the 'Thrive' support team are fantastic! They have helped me a number of times, and have always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Great work!

Support was great, until the problem with the theme and bundled plugins wasn't easy. Then support completely disappeared, literally went silent.

All the themes "great features" are nothing more than leveraging other plugins. The bare theme itself is useless. I asked for assistance. It took around 3-4 months for a reply. Literally you are better off choosing a top rated free theme and just loading the free plugins yourself. Save yourself the bother and safe the cash. If you want something more advanced, just buy one of the custom themes that comes bundled with WP Bakery and Rev slider. You wont regret it. For me this was a $70 mistake and i've been assured i wont get my money back.

The only thing that is the downside for this is there isn't customer support. On the other hand there is material that helps walk you though so you can set up and install your WP Theme. I give it a 5 star because they offer something that works and is a powerful tool!
