Hi team, I am using your theme for more than an year now for one of my websites – digitaldekode.com – but today the site went down. When I checked on Wordpress dashboard, it says my Elementor licence has been expired. I think the Elementor comes for lifetime when we purchase your theme – can you please help. Also, don’t tell me that I need to renew support for this thing – as this is an error from your end and I should not pay any extra amount if your Elementor licence got expired. Please reply soon – as my site is unavailbale right now.

Hi, I just bought your theme. The installation is completed and activated, but I cannot edit some parts of the theme since it needs the Elementor Pro plugin. The problem is that I cannot find the license key to activate the Elementor Pro.

This theme has compatibility issue with elementor. I am unable to run my website using this theme. You have not optimised the theme properly. You have not recently updated the theme, and the last time you updated the theme one year ago which is a problem. The theme needs to be updated on regular basis otherwise elementor will stop working with the older version of the theme.
Please fix or provide me with a refund as it does not work. I am very dissapointed.

Hi – I am thinking of buying this theme, but I am pretty much a novice. Can you send me a sample of all the elements that come with the theme? You have different element aesthetic functionality for a variety of columns and such. I’d like to see all those options as well as the header and footer so I can create a sample of what I want for my webdesigner. Thanks.

When I look at the web server log I see this message :

Hi there!
I’m having issues importing the demo content. I’m following the import demo wizard:
- the package gets downloaded,
- the label changes from downloading to “Extract package…” and then the following error message shows up
- Error: Extract package error!
- and inside the developer console I see the following message: “VM819:1 POST https://wokik.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 524”
No other errors are shown inside the developer console.
Do you know what’s happening and how to fix this?

I am trying to add google ads script in the header.php but it’s not replacing on the page, earlier when I wanted to add Google Analytics it won’t work, then you helped me to add it.

above code I have already added in the header.php page it’s not replacting in view source page of any of the site pages
