​Scape ver 1.4.3 editor hangs on launch. Today it took 4 minutes to finally launch. Prior to that it timed out in Chrome Browser with the “Code Hung” error. I have a gigibit connection. Is there an update for this theme? Been a while and seems to be rather wonky now. BTW your support system does not work either. Submitted ticket – recognized my email and says I have account – account pwd does not work – used forgot password – did the double verification thing – new password issued with “click here to login and change password – the click here link does not log the user in. Losing confidence in this theme.

Hi there, Thanks for your interest! 1. Yes, you can put any element/shortcode into header using a content block. Each header style has one or multiple areas where this content can be placed. 2. Yes, your mobile header can differ from your header on desktop. 3. Sticky mode header is the same header as in the default mode, but you can change its height, colors, and hide top bar and bottom bar. 4. Yes, top bar is available for certain header styles. WooCommerce products are no longer displayed individually (in carousels or grouped into categories they are seen). All plugins are updated to the latest version, including Redux and WooCommerce. What happen?

Super simple Demo import and a lot of Theme Options. Best Theme I found so far! Also the customer support is really fast and always knows what to do!
