I absolutely love this theme! There’s plenty of modern contemporary homepage designs to pick from and I was able to customise my website to my specifications. There was a couple of minor adjustments needed to be made and the support team has been amazing at rectifying the issues straight away. They were prompt in answering my emails and very easy to communicate with. Very happy with my overall experience with this developer.

Elements for Elementor is not allowing Elementor to load. It’s keeps forcing Elementor into SafeMode. I have already tried disabling on plugins to verify which plugin is causing the issue. Please take a look into this.

1. there is a bug in the product slider script. I think the loading icon prevents the image to load… it appears that the images are not loading until you move the mouse or tilt your phone… suddenly the images appear. 2. the product page does not display anything when clicking through from some of the images in the slider. All I get is the page loader animation. 3. The view more button in the product slider sits directly on top of the control arrows – you cant use neither of them as a result. 4. I would like to edit the background colour of the rotator images. Currently if my images are not wide enough to fit the section the default colour is pink or orange or grey – it would be great to have control over that colour. I need some help with the email subscription Service. I have my email newsletter function in my footer and its not working. I used a test email to try it and it doesn’t work. It doesnt send an email or connect with my shopify email even though it says it does it. Im very confused and frustrated because I havent been able to fix it and I’ve reached out multiple times for help.

Hello, I emailed support link about this issue: When on a product page, the product variants (the ones you choose when you select which product you want) do not function correctly. The price of the first variant is the only one that is correctly displayed. When you click on other variants the price is incorrect as it still displays the price of the first item. Also as a result when you add any of the subsequent variants to the cart the incorrect price is also applied. Example: If item (x) is worth $25 and item (y) is worth $55 and item (z) is worth $95 they will all display as $25 (the price of the first variant) no matter which one you choose – and added to the cart with that incorrect price. ~ It would be a good idea to also check to see if the stock availability is correct in that case too… it is hard to tell because there is no number displayed. In addition, when there is only one product to sell the button displays as “Default Title” instead of displaying the actual title of the product. This looks a bit wrong when making your selection. Maybe if there is only the one item perhaps the button is made to be not visible? I thought the above problem might have been something about my specific website but your demo stores also have the same problem. I need to get this worked out so I can sell my goods. Thx Regards, W

LaStudio Elements For Elementor also produces and Elementor Editor Loading issue in safe mode. While in safe mode. LaStudio elements DO NOT LOAD! This makes it impossible to edit the LaStudio Elements and save Elementor Templates ect. Please check into this.

This give us many options to make web page look good.There was some technical issues but support team fixed 12 hours after our inquiries.

Globo has been absolutely incredible in helping me tweak this theme exactly how I want it. Their customer support goes above and beyond. Very satisfied with this experience so far. The theme itself looks and functions great as-is, I'm just adding my own touch to it.

Clean theme and wonderful customer support. They assisted me within an hour to fix / show me the things I was looking to customize.
