I purchased the Industic theme and it's working amazing. I am not a pro in creating website but I somehow managed to create a 13 page website taking the help of the customer service team. I had asked many questions to them and they never ignored or refused my emails ever. They patiently answered all my queries and really helped me in creating the website. Also, they give free tips on maintaining the website.Thank you so much team for your kind help. :)

I have several questions, could you help me with them:
- The mega menu doesn’t work (it looks fine in the admin panel, but when I hover the menu item it shows an empty white rectangle)
- Can I disable the “Newsletter” plugin? Why did it require?

Hi,
Site is down after update. Chrome shows a white page and Firefox shows a ” Content encoding error” message.
Tried a lot of things like deactivate all plugins and reactivating them, also changing the theme.
Tell me if you need an admin access to the site.
I really wonder where the probleme is. Host provider says it’s not on his side… :/

My client has this theme running on their site, it has a license and has auto updates set. But I have noticed an error since the latest WordPress Core update, it now has this error that appears:
Your panel has bundled copies of Redux Framework template files that are outdated! Please update them now as functionality issues could arise.
Its also causing the WP Bakery plugin to no longer allow it to edit/save things. Does this require an update from you to fix these things?

Main reason : customer support but second reason would be the design. I didn't have to change it a lot and when I had to, it was pretty easy due to Elementor. They also added a lot of Elementor elements and useful CPTs. Great work and great support! I didn't remove any star cause I think you deserve 5 of them but I'm looking for the changelog of even the version and I can't find it. May be you should add it in the theme description or may be I didn't look well enough. But it's not worth removing a star for that hum? haha. Good job! :) Keep the updates coming! :)
