Checkout this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/GFo9wSa.png the options panel should look like this one. If possible please create a support here so that we can help you properly where you’d need to provide us a temporary admin access to your website so that we can go ahead & checkout the issue.

hi, in the control panel of the “Luxury Options” theme you see badly, without css and nothing javascript works (upload images, choose color, etc.) you can solve? thanks!
