Hello, I sent several messages to you. I hope you have received them well. Because I want to use this theme urgently, please kindly understand and help, thanks! When I uploaded the theme (PetShop – Responsive Pet Store OpenCart 3 Theme) which I purchased from you to Shopify for building one store, I got the feedback from Shopify as below: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”. How to solve it ?

I bought this theme via https://www.smartaddons.com on August 2020.
- Access to theme I paid is limited per 5 times for download and links for download are available only for 3 months. To be fair, you should share the accessible bought templates for ever.
- I doesn’t got invoice
- I doesn’t got an order ID
- Above complains was sent as ticket today ( 24th of November 2020 ) , we will see, how it will be solved.

Hi I purchased this theme and when I am installing I am getting below error :
