I am getting this error
at this step
On the next interface, select existing user on dropdown, check on Download and import file attachments to download sample images.
Click on Submit button to import.
when i click submit button I get this error

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.
My hosting company also increase the max execution time to 1000 but still same error occurred.
I requested you to send your support page link but no reply from you.
Now i am helpless

The quality of the design is great! Editing the site is also quite straightforward compared to other sites that we have worked with in the past.There are a few small bugs, but overall the template is perfect! Also, the support is very responsive so it's been helpful. No bugs we haven't been able to resolve on our end or with support.
