Hi I just purchased the Xenon — Countdown & YouTube Video Background Page and you don’t have a section for this template in your support site. Can you please help me with the correct html code that I should be using to remove the Countdown timer and the header at the same time.
I only seem to be able to remove one or the other but I cannot figure out how to remove both.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I am attempting to check my use of the template on mobile with a live YouTube video but the page will default to a background image and not play the video.
I was able to replicate the issue on your demo page: http://xenon.irontemplates.com/?p=video using Chrome Dev Tools and switching back and forth between desktop view and mobile.
Also your ticket system doesn’t have a dropdown for the Xenon template in order to submit a help ticket.

It works fine on mobile portrait, and on desktop views.
I can’t get the theme to work correctly on mobile landscape, or on tablet (portrait or landscape). These cause the widgets to be hidden on the background and not viewable – although you can still interact with the invisible elements.
I have managed to replicate this also on your demo version (youtube version).
Is there a fix for this?

Hello, I paid for support extension yet it says it expired. It says it’s good until Nov 2021. Anyway, my site is loading forever.

How do you account for the scenario when a YT video is aspect ratio 4:3 and you end up with the dreaded black bars on the right and left sides of the video? Do you maybe have an option to adjust for this? Like maybe making the video W and H 130% larger or something?

The Xenon template works only with youtube video. But you can create easily your own youtube account.

just bought and have spent hours. cannot get it to work just sits on loading screen. live server. also the cursor icon is not in the photoshop file so trying to change the color proved a task. how can i get this to load?
