How can I change the twitter feed? It’s very unintuitive for someone that isn’t very experienced with PHP. Is there an easy fix for this?

The Vegas plugin used for the background is not compatible with android mobile browsers. It kills the responsive aspect on our clients Galaxy tablet. Is there any fix out there for this? Others have had the same problem with the vegas plugin.
