Hi. A nice looking template but one quick question. Have you tested this on Retina display iPad’s? Background image seems to be blocked from showing on the iPad and only the grey pixel bg shows. Any suggestions? Are you missing code from the mediaqueries.css file? Thanks.

Not a good start – getting error messages saying: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. When I try to raise a ticket you cannot select Goltsman theme – and when you try to provide purchase code it states: Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product. what is going on guys?

Why does the text show up jagged in chrome and perfect in firefox? Is there a way to change/fix this? If so, I’m really interested in this theme!!! Cheers, JackMagic

Please note. We will be contacting Envato to request a refund as this theme is not as described / sold and does not work properly. It is not responsive on iPhone / iPad and does not work properly. Nor does it seem to be properly fixed and the support seems to have stopped completely reading other ‘buyers’ feedback. Very disappointing and therefore should be removed from sale.

This template has got problems on iOS devices – iPad doesn’t properly show the header background image (not scaling down) and iPhone uses some kind of really ugly navigation.

After downloading this template, I can’t find any code that allows me to view and work with/change the main background image that shows up on the live preview. That was part of the selling point for me and I would really appreciate your help figuring this out.

Was ready to buy this theme however the homepage slider doesn’t work on mobile…..support looks poor too looking at the lack of responses on this page.

Noticed on some of your other themes you’ve previously apologised for the lack of replies and support to people who have purchased your themes. As we’ve purchased this theme and are keen to purchase additional copies…and other themes of your’s we are a little concerned. Is there a better way to contact you / email address? Your theme seems to be missing code to work on iPad Retina display and the mobile screen size does seem to have numerous bugs.
