Hi, the destino website theme has a problem. If add the (www) to the url address, then some of the icons disappear. If i just type nameofwebsite.com, then all the icons come back. How do i fix this?

Tried to install the output module of all products on one page. The module showed a bunch of errors, the filter refused to work. We have contacted the support that was answered once a day in short sentences. they did not solve the problem.The filter is very problematic, does not work on some pages.Very, very many queries to the database, which makes the pages very slow. Compared with the standard opencart, 5 times slower the same pages with same db.The template code is highly customized, it's hard to edit and optimize it all.I keep quiet about the problems with the layout when translating into Russian, this is normal.As a result, with this theme you will get a lack of technical support, overloaded code, poor optimization. Also is it possible to disable js & css that i don’t use because your demo site loads about 35 different css, js files with almost 1.5MB size? I bought this theme on the 20th of july. After finding 2 bugs and reported it. we got the reply on the 28th. We responded quit immidiately the same day that bugs are still there on the 28th of july. Nothing is been replied by support. on the 2th of august. We still awaits any answer.Both bugs are also to be seen on the demo page template layout nr 6First bug is that the cart in phone mode not will open after 2 or 3 items been put into it.Second bug is that on the shopping cart the window goes left under the info balk instead of outlining right. The onepagecheckout does it well instead of the shopping cart.One minor detail is that the template is not really fast.
