latest version is 2.9.1 and it should work with latest WordPress. Please make sure you hard refresh the admin page (Ctrl+F5)

After updating the Theme (v.2.9) and updating wordpress on it’s newest version (v5.7.2) the “Theme Options” aren’t working anymore and video is not loading. I can’t write you through support becasue it is expired and I don’t need to renewe it. I guess if updates are giving errors I will get your help to fix them. I have write you 10 days ago through your profile page but I haven’t got any answear yet.
My client is not happy and I would like to have a solution, thank you.

I just update to the version v2.9.2. The panel Theme Options is all gray and any functions are unable. The Wordpress version is the last5.7.2. What’s happen?

Hi! After updating the Newave Theme (v.2.9.2) and updating Wordpress to v5.7.2, the “Theme Options” aren’t working anymore and the “Full Screen Slider” is not loading. The first section of the Homepages is now showing instead, and the Nav Link menu is now showing below that.
I can’t open a ticket via your support as my theme support has expired. I’m hopping because it’s the updates that are creating the errors you can help me fix them.
I have already sent a private message via your profile contact form but I haven’t received a reply.
My client is not happy and I would like to know how to fix this error.

Hello ClaPat, I really like using the Newave theme. However, the theme connects to YouTube even though I don’t have a YouTube video on the site. Unfortunately, this does not comply with data protection regulations. How can I disable this connection? Thanks very much!
