Hello. I am having issues with the theme and I when i try to create an account on the website to raise a support ticket – my licence key is not recognised. How do I raise a support ticket with my issues?
I see the following message at the bottom of the theme:

Hi, I have purchased your theme and installed it. But it didnt give me any notification for installing the required plugins. Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue.

I purchased the Charity theme and once it is installed the settings in the admin section will not save. You click the button and nothing happens. Is there an update for this theme? I have tried to register with the support page but clicking the registration button only reloads the the page and nothing else happens.

Can you please for list the recommended the plugins i need to install. After activating the theme, there is no noticed warning, asking to install recommended plugins.

Purchased the theme. However, there is n’t any option to edit the content of the demo content. Tried to add a support ticket but don’t see any option to open one in the support forum. I can’t even style the theme with color preference.
