First: The Theme is just awesome. It is one of the most professional Woocommerce Themes in my opinion.Second: I had a little problem with the theme and asked the customer support for help. They replied after a few minutes and when I couldn't solve the problem myself, they logged into my WP/FTP and fixed the problem by themself.

by far the best theme I've worked on so far. The service is just as good as the product EXTREMELY IMPRESSED, well worth the money

Error: Woocommerce templates out of date. The Woocommerce version is 5.0.0 with Strollik ver. 1.1.0

The theme would never upload. It's so heavy for just one demo, that it would never upload all the way.

Don't waste your money. This theme is bloated with 3rd-party plugins and is slow as hell. The sales page makes it sound like you're getting premium plugins included, which isn't true. It's just the free version that you will have to pay to upgrade. To make matters worse, the documentation is written in broken English and is tough to understand. When you realize this theme sucks and ask for a refund. You won't get it.

Hi, I have version 1.2.0 of your theme installed: I have a problem with WPML, it doesn’t handle some of the translations I impose. Is it possible that the theme conflicts with the WPML plugin? do you have any suggestions to prevent this from happening?

There are lots of great themes out there and Strollik is one of them. Top notch. BUT what makes it so much fun to use this theme is the great support team. They helped me whenever I had a problem and answered also my sometimes noobish questions in a very good manner. Thanks guys!

Extremely poor coding and there were so many bugs in this theme that we had to fix the theme to make the website work.

While it took a while to resolve my issue with dead links to LOGIN & REGISTER on my pages topbar, it was resolved very fast when customer service finally gave me the CSS codes to enter myself.

Beautiful theme, works great, and customer support is fast and competent for questions regarding implementation. Keep it up!

This theme is awesome! I didn't have any wordpress experience and created my website in just a few days. The abilities of this theme are beyond my expectations and the support has been great so far. My questions where answered quick and clear. I don't review products often but felt this theme really deserved it!

Very hard to customize... The documentation doesn´t really help! There are some thing you can not change like the color of the header. Hope to get it working after three days of customizing it... Looks good on the first impression. Wouldn´t buy it again...

I received fast good support from their team.. they provided me the required CSS code for some customisation within 48 hours though.. Keep it up

I've spent weeks wresting with this theme, its poorly coded, and has more security holes than I can count, loads very slow on desktop mobile and tablet loading is terrible, certain things only work in chrome other things only work in firefox, elements struggle on load times and the list goes on. average 37 seconds load time, with these speeds I might as well close my business, my first intial thoughts were it was ok until I imported a template, that was the start of my problems, I am requesting a refund, and I would hope this will be done today.

A lot of negative review here but I must say my experience was spot on. Despite the creator's hilarious opening ('dear mate') the theme is great. A bit tricky to install but if you follow the instructions provided, you'll actually be up an running in no time. Customer service is getting a beating here, but, again, my experience was amazing: I sent my issue by ticket and the response was within hours. Simple to implement, my site rocks! check posmono.com

SUPER POOR ALL ROUND, MOBILE AND TABLET IS TERRIBLE. I ADVISE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THEY ARE ANOTHER 'OPEN A TICKET' SET UP. YOU DON'T PAY MONEY TO CONSTANTLY OPEN TICKETS.

I gave the theme a chance and really liked the demo, but after getting my team to create our clients website we realized there were major mobile issues from: not showing correct on tablets and mobile phones, NOT showing the language option on mobile phones which is crazy, also the major issue was MALWARE found on the theme and ended up spending extra money fixing all mobile issues and removing and cleaning malware from a LIVE website. Very disappointed on such a good theme.

Would not recommed due to the poor optimization for mobile and tablet. Used 100s of themes and that the author calls this "Mobile Optimized" is a shame. I have used themes say they were not optimized and be more optimized.

Looks good but the theme has some serious issues which are becoming very annoying. The main issue is the theme has some weird cache issue that only effects certain features. For example, changing prices of products does not change price on front end. Today I have tried to hide a section of the front page. This is done properly in the back end but the website does not change. I tired to get help with the price issue initially but gave up because the author couldn't understand the problem. Now this problems continues, I can't fix it and it's starting to become very, very annoying.

This is a great theme and everyone knows. Great customer service. Very fast and prompt when I had an issue with some footer code not displaying my website correctly the Opal team was very quick to fix.

I had bought this theme since I thought it was good looking but as I started personalizing it, I got stuck right at the beginning with my logo. No matter how I uploaded it, it appeared blur.I contacted the extremely slow support and all they did was tell me that it was ok, when it was not ok at all.I'm used of fast and caring customer support, not just links and fast responses, so instead of wasting my time, I just cancelled the theme and went for something more functional.

Not worth it, it completely rely on two popular products slider revolution and elementor. Other themes have their own builder cost the same price and are better.

In the single product theme, can I have the main Product Add to Cart and have the complimentary product in the list below from where we can Add to Cart them or go to their product page?

So this theme does NOT support Elementor 3? Does your other theme, Smartic, support it instead? And is it an easy drop in / replacement for this theme, in case we need to upgrade to that Smartic theme?
