I am using your template Bangkok Press Version: 1.04, when creating a new entry I can not view the text bar (text, italics, bold type…) also happens on the pages.
I have the updated version of wordpress
Do you know that it could be happening?

Hello, we recently began working with a client that purchased your theme before coming to work with us. I can not figure out why the YouTube embed does not work. I have placed the correct code into the page, I have used the universal WordPress code for embedding a YouTube video and I have also used the icon in the top toolbar of the page to insert the correct code but I keep getting this error: “An error occurred. Please try again later.” The video is live and seems to be loading to the page but when you click play it shows 00:00 video time and gives the error. Any advise you can give would be very beneficial. I do not have the purchase code as they purchased this theme through another designer and no longer have the documentation.

I am trying to update my WP installation to 7.2 and keep getting an error about “Break” being used in the Bangkok Press theme code. I have added a screen shot of the error.
I have the most up to date version of the theme (updated through WP Dashboard). And each time I try to use the Good Layer support system, it says my support has expired and I need to buy a new support license. I am not going to buy a new support license if you have stopped providing support for this theme, which is exactly what it seems like since you have given one update in the last three year.
Any idea why I am still getting this error?

According to this link I can add the captcha code to the blog post page manually but I dont know which file I edit to add it. Please tell me which file to add it to so I can use the reCAPTCHA on Bangkok Press

hi, I am not able to upload the logo and the header banner from the backend. it keeps showing broken link. any idea how to handle this?
