I can’t update the Cleanstart theme from v1.6.6 to v2.0.0, because i’m facing the following problem: “An E_ERROR error was detected on line 162 of the file /home/{account}/public_html/wp-content/themes/cleanstart/includes/module/module-wpless.php. Error code: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Plethora_Helper::create_plethora_dir() in /home/{account}/public_html/wp-content/themes/cleanstart/includes/module/module-wpless.php:162”. I tried via WP and FTP/cPanel to update the theme but without any result. After loading the updating proccess, i see that my WordPress Instalation is facing a problem, i recieve via email the message and i haven’t access anymore to wp-admin and in front-end of my website. But if i restore the old folder of theme (version 1.6.6) all working correctly again. WP Version: 5.5.3 WP_MEMORY_LIMIT: 512M WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT: 512M PHP Version: 7.4.11

Hi, I was updating my website and encountered with a potential bug. In page builder if you create a row and then insert another row in it with 3 columns and if you you insert any text or element for each column you get this error code for times of elements you added. Hello I hust restored a backup of my website into my host after some years. Everything is setup correctly databases and themes but when i try to edit a page it shows my only blocks of code but no visual composer as it used to be. The solution would be to remove the theme and reinstall it from the envato downloads purchased? Or will it not make any difference?

Hi, I have a question when adding the Google Analytics code to the site I understand that I must do it from Theme settings> Advanced but it clarifies that the code must be added without gtag('config', 'UA-150011223-1'); Thanks. PD: They should add an example in the documentation.
