I am new to Shopify so please pardon my ignorance if this is something I should know. In regards to image sizes; the GUIDE says AP Romance 1, AP Romance 2, AP Romance 3, etc… When I uploaded your theme is just says APOLLO. I am using Jewelry Theme – For some reason, the product prices that show on the live site are not the same as what I am entering in the product variants. I have double checked them and changed them and it does not show the right price. Not sure how to fix.

Can the slideshow from the homepage be removed? Also will the AfterShip – Tracking App work with this theme??

Their theme is average but support is not supportive at all. Their wishlist functionality does not work and they blame it on shopify’s captcha system while shopify made it absolutely clear to them on mail that it is apollo theme who needs to fix it because even after disabling the captcha, wishlist functionality does not work. When you ask them for support on their theme, they dont want to know which website URL we are talking about or what the issue is, instead they go straight to asking for extra money as they say its “custom work” that their functionality does not work. Really recommend you only buy from them if poor after-sales support is ok with you, along with non-working features.

I purchased Apollo Framework Shopify Theme and I’m trying to use the shortcodes to customize a specific collection page. But I’m not sure WHERE to load the shortcodes in at? I’ve tried putting them in the html box in the collection and saving and I’ve also tried putting them in a custom collection template file…and neither way works. There is no documentation on how to use them? Thank you for your help!

Hello, I purchased this theme and I’m having a couple issues.
1 – When I upload a logo 300×36 pixels the logo appears in the header as approximately 100×12 pixels. Why is it doing this?
2 – The included GUIDE is not for this theme, it is for a theme called ROM. Also the guide seems to be outdated to the current version of Shopify. Can you please send the CORRECT and UPDATED guide?
