I’ve used this theme for a couple years for my personal site. Love it, but after the latest Firefox update the theme doesn’t load. It works perfectly on old versions of FF, Chrome and IE. I tried to access your support forum but I got caught in a never ending loop of password resets and reset emails that never came. I can’t afford for my site to not open, its my business.

Hello, I’m very interested in this template. But I’m worried it shows classic layout in IE11 as it shows on mobile. I understand your problem about IE11. But I’m wondering if it’s possible to show the original layout (3d layout) without 3d folded animation effect. It means if you click ‘open’ on the first page, it goes to 3d layout not classic layout. The animation will be just transition or coming out from behind the square box on the first page. If you don’t support this things, do you think it’s easy to customize in html template? i think it might have a reason you can’t choose 3d layout even tough you give up the 3d folded animation. But i really care about it and it makes me to hesitate to buy it. I will wait for your response. Thank you

Hi pixelwars, I was looking at purchasing this template because it looks very creative and an excellent piece of work. However, I can confirm that there is a problem with Google Chrome (used 43.0.2357.124). For me, the portfolio section is not loading properly (see: http://oi59.tinypic.com/1427tbr.jpg ) I would like to note that once this site caches, it loads perfectly fine – however, as you know, having it load properly for a first-time visitor is very important. As soon as this issue is addressed, I will purchase.
