The help and support provided by arenatheme is outstanding. They simply go above and beyond the normal call of support to make the theme work and look exactly the way you want it. This is my second theme with arenatheme and like other, I have also tried many themes on here, and I can honestly say no other theme or support has come close to what arenatheme has provided.Amazing, Fantastic Company.Thank you so much.

I had some difficulties implementing the theme, but the team at Arenatheme has been extremely helpful. They've tweaked a few things for me that I couldn't get to work. They went way above and beyond what help I expected from them. Theme looks nice and I love all the possibilities that it gives.Thank you!

I will say that the theme wasn't 100% perfect out of the box when downloaded and you could see this in the demo store as well. But the support guys were so fast to fix anything that it really made no difference.Highly recommend these guys. Very happy.

I've updated my rating after getting one of my issues resolved. I am not using the theme on a production site yet. Still testing. There is a lot of css and javascript (common here at themeforest) that needs to be reviewed. Page speed and loading times need to be tested.

Our client liked the Granada template, we bought and installed. We had a couple of minor changes to be made and a problem with the mega menu. These were cleared up and sorted within hours of raising a ticket, Thanks guys FANTASTIC service and customer support. Makes you feel comfortable with this theme knowing you have great backupEddie

Design Quality and Support. Perfect! I did order few templates from different providers and this one is the best so far.
No issues at all, but more important is the fact that when I asked them for information how to change something inside the template, they helped me with no questions about it! They are great, I'll use this team and their products in the future too.

Amazing template, beautiful and great features. A few things I needed help with and the customer support was quick and fast to help and solve. Found a bug in theme, mailed to developer, now 1 week, no response from developer, very disappointed.
