Changing the footer column settings stops the header image from rendering correctly. I posted a review, and was advised to file a report though the bug tracking system – I cannot, as my support period has expired. It is not right that a fundamental bug can only be reported within that support period. I will not pay $49.88 to renew the support to report a MAJOR bug, which is preventing me from progressing. I mentioned the following in my original review – “I can’t file a report for what I consider to be a fundamental bug, unless I pay additional support,”. Is this confusing? Because what I mean is, I will not pay more money to tell you that you have a major bug in your product, a product which I have paid for. The reply I got was = “You should know that you can always turn to our support team and you are more than welcome to submit a request at our Help Center and our support team will be happy to help” – No. I cannot. As I mentioned in my review, this is not my bug, it’s yours. I will not pay more money to tell you that you have a major bug, and if the person replying to the reviews had read my original message, they would have known that. I’m perfectly happy to accept that now you have got a payment from me that you have no interest in what I do or say, just don’t pretend otherwise. If I’d not posted a 1 star review, would you even have replied? I’m not asking for bespoke development, or major help – I just want to provide you with a description and repro steps. From that point, you can do what you like. I do not expect a fix, because you stated in your original message that “the theme works correctly and all our themes do get strictly tested before they even can be released”.... no. It does not work correctly. And I should not have to pay an additional cost to tell you how to prove it. What I would suggest is that you need to revamp your support model, at least so that existing customers can report bugs that are major showstoppers which can then be addressed in future updates – if we receive them as part of the original sale, why do we have no way to feed back? If a customer files a report and asks for major work, or additional development carrying out but does not have the extra support time remaining, just message them back and tell them their support does not cover it, but to simply not allow anybody to file a bug report at all unless they pay the extra charge is not an acceptable way to do business. I have been a professional programmer for a long time, and would never dream of imposing such a condition on a product that is actively getting updates.

The visual composer single image element > image styles (ie rounded etc) do not work -Cannot add any image styles from the dropdown menu. Brand new installation, with no other plugins so no plugin conflicts. Tested on PHP 7.2 and 7.3, on WP 4.9, 5.5 & 5.5.3, memory limits/postmax size/execution time increased. Cleared all caches. Still not working. Used twenty-twenty theme and image components do work sooo there seems to be a bug in your theme code blocking the css/js for image elements from vc composer/wpbakery. Please advise everyone when this has been fixed to save them countless hours of headaches.

I’ve been having a lot of problems because of plugins required, once I activate them it turns HTPP ERROR 500 to appear everytime. I had to request to the hosting service provider to “reset” the website, shutting it down and place it again. Is there any solution to this? I feel really frustrated

hi have updated to latest version as per instructions and site seams to be working however in site health i see the following issues An active PHP session was detected Performance A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests. The REST API encountered an error Performance The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages. The REST API request failed due to an error. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed) how can i resolve this please

Hi I just uploaded the latest theme v 2.2. However, LayerSlider didn’t update to version 6.11.2 and it’s still at v 6.9. The plugin page is showing that I need an activation code to update LayerSlider and it’s not accepting my purchase code. Where can I actually get the actual plugin file for manual upload?
