Hello! It appears that the bundled WP-LESS plugin has a fatal error when upgrading to v5.1. Can you please provide a fix for this as the WP-LESS plugin is no longer supported – looking at the plugin page. Trying to get the latest version of the theme working with versions past v5.0.1 is a pain because of this plugin. I downloaded this theme through Envato Elements. It looks great and I would love to use it. That being said, it appears to hang the site when I visit the Woocommerce dashboard. Anyone else have this problem?

Hello. I am having trouble with WPBakery builder and Launchkit. 1. The Front-end builder has distorted columns and rows. Although it looks A-OK on the actual website, the builder is misaligned and has multiple visual issues. Eg. https://clearchoicepartners.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Capture.png You can compare that builder snapshot to how it looks on the actual website: https://clearchoicepartners.com.au There are serveral other visual issues all over the builder. 2. When adding an Icon, the Icons go off the screen to the right and therefore I can only see a small portion of them. Dragging doesn’t help because it snaps back to the default position. Eg. https://clearchoicepartners.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Capture2.png These issues were evident for the past 12 months even before updating everything. I have updated WP, Launchkit, the Plugins. Thank you for your time.

Hi Tommy, Are you going to provide an update to your theme to be compatible with php 7.0 and above? The newest version of Wordpress update does not support php 5.2 anymore, which is what the latest version of your theme supported. When my hosting company tried updating php 5.2 to php 7.0, the website broke and would not load. php 5.2 has been deprecated for over the past few years already. Thanks

While installing on bluehost, it throws error, style.css file missing then I zip the internal template folder then its said its broken template. any help….

Hi, I love the theme! I just updated to the latest version, and it seems that some of my shortcodes have broken in the process. Namely, icons and heroes (humorous sounding I know). Here’s the link to the site http://niceshirtmedia.com/ You can see at the bottom of the homepage, there used to be a nice hero image and contact form. It no longer works. I’m wondering if this is an easy/stupid fix that I’m just missing. I did check to make sure all my plugins were up-to-date. Thanks!

Hello. I am having trouble with the Contact Form 7 checkbox styling. It’s putting the checkbox in one line and then the text on a new line. I’m just the correct functionality where each tickbox/text is on its own line creating a list. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased this theme several times and so far so good. The only issue so far is not having an option to remove the header in on the shop page and product page. I have a client that wants it removed. How can I easily remove this? Also, I was using a theme called shopkeeper. I like the shop page and product page layout. They also give you options to change said layout. I wish begin to utilize your theme for my ecommerce sites. Is there an easy way to change the layouts of the shop and products pages? Thank you.

Hello! How do you add images to Woocommerce products? I have set the featured image but it’s not setting as the main image of the product, or appearing as the image on the /Shop/ page – is there something I’m missing or specific that needs to be done to set the featured image of a product?
